Southeast PA Girls Lacrosse Association


	Welcome to SEPA

The Southeastern Pennsylvania Girl's Lacrosse Association is a non-profit organization established in 1996 to provide an opportunity for girls to learn the game of lacrosse. SEPA instills a love of lacrosse through providing instructional leagues and elite travel teams. SEPA aims to enhance skills, teamwork and sportsmanship through a positive coaching alliance.

Spring Fling is an instructional league for girls in grades 3rd-8th. Girls will learn a solid foundation of skills through positive coaching and competitive games. The league runs from late March through May with one practice a week and a game on the weekend. No experience is required.

SEPA Travel provides a competitive environment for the most promising middle school and high school players who strive to play lacrosse at the collegiate level. Teams showcase their talents against the top competition in the country by competing in numerous summer touramants.


	2010 SEPA PLAYER KELYN FREEDMAN NAMED PLAYER OF THE YEAR

Congratulations to Kelyn Freedman who was named the 2010 Phillylacrosse.com Female Player of the Year. Kelyn was a member of the SEPA 2010 Team and will be continuing her lacrosse career at Georgetown University.

	2011 SEPA TRYOUT DATES SET!

The 2011 SEPA Tryout Dates have been set and are listed below. SEPA encourages players to attend all Tryout Sessions.

Players must complete the Tryout Registration Form as well as the Liability Waiver and mail (or bring it with you to the first tryout session) with the $30 Registration Fee to:
