| The Southeastern Pennsylvania Girl's Lacrosse Association is a non-profit organization established in 1996 to provide an opportunity for girls to learn the game of lacrosse. SEPA instills a love of lacrosse through providing instructional leagues and elite travel teams. SEPA aims to enhance skills, teamwork and sportsmanship through a positive coaching alliance.
Spring Fling is an instructional league for girls in grades 1st-6th. Girls will learn a solid foundation of skills through positive coaching and competitive games. The league runs from late March through May with one practice a week and a game on the weekend. No experience is required.
SEPA Travel provides a competitive environment for the most promising middle school and high school players who strive to play lacrosse at the collegiate level. Teams showcase their talents against the top competition in the country by competing in numerous summer touramants.

Southeast Pennsylvania Girls Lacrosse (SEPA) is announcing registration for an exciting 2012 Spring Fling Season. Age group lacrosse for 1st-2nd graders (new for 2012!), 3rd - 4th graders, and 5th-6th graders – instructional practices and local competition. Season begins in early March of 2012 (this earlier start date is new for SEPA Lacrosse - offering more instruction prior to games) and continues through until early June. All practices will be held at United Sports Training Center in Downingtown – one of the best facilities in the area with indoor facilities available to us on cold, rainy days! We welcome returning players, players from years past and players NEW to the game of lacrosse- we focus on instruction, teamwork and instill a love of the game. Registration opens December 1st.
