The Southeastern Pennsylvania Girl's Lacrosse Association is a non-profit organization established in 1996 to provide an opportunity for girls to learn the game of lacrosse. SEPA instills a love of lacrosse through providing instructional leagues and elite travel teams. SEPA aims to enhance skills, teamwork and sportsmanship through a positive coaching alliance.
Spring Fling is an instructional league for girls in grades 1st-6th. Girls will learn a solid foundation of skills through positive coaching and competitive games. The league runs from late March through May with one practice a week and a game on the weekend. No experience is required.
SEPA Travel provides a competitive environment for the most promising middle school and high school players who strive to play lacrosse at the collegiate level. Teams showcase their talents against the top competition in the country by competing in numerous summer touramants.
